Katie will be away 24th to 26th September and therefore we will be unable to offer any appointments on these dates. Our phone line will continue to be open as usual.
We're busy seeing your pets!
Due to high demand we are incredibly busy right now. We have very limited same week appointments available. If you are worried about your pet, please follow our emergency procedure.
Out of hours
If your pet needs an appointment outside of our opening hours, please contact your pet's registered practice or our partner practice, Riverside Veterinary Care.
Emergencies
If you are worried about your pet and think it may be an emergency, please follow these steps. As a mobile service, Vet in a Van does not have the equipment needed for emergencies, so it is safest to take your pet directly to a veterinary practice.
If you are a client of Vet in a Van and your pet is also registered with another veterinary practice, please contact them immediately.
If you are not registered with another veterinary practice, please call Riverside Vet Care during their opening hours.
If it is out of hours, please call Vets Now Newport.
