Please be aware, we’ll be closed on Monday 19th and Monday 26th October. Our phone line will remain open as usual, and we’ll still be able to arrange non-urgent bookings and respond to enquiries during this time. Please follow our emergency procedure if you are worried about your pet. Thank you for your understanding!
Out of hours
If your pet needs an appointment outside of our opening hours, please contact your pet's registered practice or our partner practice, Riverside Veterinary Care.
Emergencies
If you are worried about your pet and think it may be an emergency, please follow these steps. As a mobile service, Vet in a Van does not have the equipment needed for emergencies, so it is safest to take your pet directly to a veterinary practice.
If you are a client of Vet in a Van and your pet is also registered with another veterinary practice, please contact them immediately.
If you are not registered with another veterinary practice, please call Riverside Vet Care during their opening hours.
If it is out of hours, please call Vets Now Newport.
