Register your pet
All you need to do is use our online form, or give us a call to register your pets on our system. We'll ask a few simples questions about you and your pet. Registering with us doesn't cost anything.

We will arrange an appointment at a time convenient for you. We try and leave space each day to accommodate pets that need more urgent care. Routine appointments like vaccinations, can be booked in advance. All you need to do is give us a call or use our contact form.

Your appointment
Katie the vet will visit you and your pet at home, arriving in a specially equipped van stocked with medications and veterinary equipment. We pride ourselves on providing quality, unhurried care in your pet’s familiar environment. That's why our routine consultations last 45 minutes, giving us plenty of time to thoroughly assess and care for your pet. Our end-of-life appointments are allocated at least 60 minutes to ensure the process is as gentle and peaceful as possible.

After your appointment
We believe follow-up care is as important as the appointment itself. We will be in touch to deliver any laboratory test results, talk through treatment plans and check-in on your pet's progress. We are always here to answer any questions and book follow-up appointments as necessary. We will also ensure that any medical records are send through to your primary registered vet, with your permission.
