Emergencies

If you are very worried about your pet and you think it is an emergency, please follow these steps:

• If you are a client of Vet in a Van and your pet is also registered with another veterinary practice, please contact them immediately.
• If you are not registered with another veterinary practice, please call Riverside Vet Care during their opening hours.
• If it is out of hours, please call Vets Now, Newport.

As a mobile service, Vet in a Van doesn’t always have the equipment or facilities needed for emergencies, so it is safest to take your pet directly to a veterinary practice where full care can be provided.
